Andrea Lautner-Rieske is admitted as a European Patent Attorney. For many years, the focus of her work has been the drafting and prosecution until grant of European, German as well as foreign patent applications, in particular in the fields of molecular biology, gene technology, immunology, biochemistry, biotechnology, physiology, pharmaceutical chemistry and organic chemistry. Moreover, Andrea Lautner-Rieske is active in opposition and appeal proceedings.

Andrea Lautner-Rieske joined the patent law firm of Isenbruck Bösl Hörschler LLP as European Patent Attorney in 2008. She has comprehensive knowledge in the field of biology and associated fields. She wrote her diploma thesis in the field of plant molecular biology and her doctoral thesis in the field of antibody gene organisation. Furthermore, her qualification as a European Patent Attorney and her continuous practice in the firm Vossius & Partner (until 2008) and our firm provide an ideal basis for her activities in patent law.

She is author of several articles in the field of patent law as well as of scientific publications.
