Susanne Möller is admitted as a representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney) and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Fernuniversität Hagen in the field of European Industrial and Intellectual Property Law.
For several years now, Susanne Möller’s primary practise has been focused on patents in the technical fields of polymer chemistry, chemical technology, as well as pharmaceutical, organic and inorganic chemistry. Her primary practise encompasses drafting of patent applications, filing and prosecution of patents, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and furthermore validity and infringement opinions.
Prior to her activities in the field of industrial property rights she worked in several industry-related research projects at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Technical University of Darmstadt. Before starting in the patent law firm Isenbruck Bösl Hörschler LLP in 2008, she was employed at the technology transfer company of the Goethe University Frankfurt a. M.
