Dagmar Schnalke’s activities are mainly focused on examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO, as well as the provision of validity and infringement opinions. She predominantly handles cases in the field of chemistry, in particular polymer chemistry.
Dagmar Schnalke has about 25 years of patent law experience. Between 1990 and 2002, she was an employee in the patent department of Hoechst AG (now Sanofi) where she worked in the fields of plastics and pharmaceuticals, thereby providing an ideal basis for her portfolio.
Since 2009, Dagmar Schnalke has been employed as a European Patent Attorney in the patent firm Isenbruck Bösl Hörschler.
