Federal Court of Justice invalidates SPC for Gilead blockbuster drug Truvada

In Germany, the Federal Court of Justice invalidates Gilead’s Truvada SPC as most other Courts in Europe considering the CJEU’s Teva ruling C-121/17—a step towards harmonisation of EU law on SPCs.
